Lesson 5-NetLibrary
I searched several general topics on the basic search such as gardening and massage therapy, I found these topics didn't have many books available (2 or 3) and I couldn't get anything on cake decorating! So I'm wondering if this is more for the school setting where you would look up things for research papers? Because there were many books available for the search on the Constitution--not many more but more. I would recommend the titles: "Declaration of Independence of the United States of America", "The constitution of the United States of America", and "The United States Bill of Rights: The ten Original Amendments of the Constutution of the United States" for Constitution Day. I also searched for Nebraska with "Publisher" in the box and got about 56 books to view. Oklahoma had 81 books to view. The titles would be useful for classes doing projects on Western History.

Hi, SD Library Challenge! NetLibrary can be challenging to search, which is why we directed you to try different methods. If at first you don't succeed, try another way. I tried "massage" and got 8 results, including "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Massage," which I didn't think was too bad. The titles purchased for NetLibrary were done with the idea of expanding public library non-fiction collections. Since they are for the entire state, they had to be more general interest. For those times when your library has no books about a topic, NetLibrary may be the answer. Thanks for trying this out!
